An interesting quick video about Qork Cork Flooring. The new beveled edge style is very popular. This gives cork flooring a level of dimension that it did not have before.
Not only is cork a very earth friendly floor because it is 100% recycled it is also very soft under your feet and can be a very durable floor when used in the proper way.
Cool! Very cool– I have long liked the idea of cork — is there any way to to ‘carpets’ out of these tiles, so not wall to wall, but maybe something I’d put in my kitchen in front of the stove or something? If so, how would the end edges be finished?
Nice blog, I popped over from twitter. I must admit, I had to laugh when I saw the title “floor video” because I thought “hmnn, floors *usually* don’t move, what’s happening over here on floor du jour?” That’s just how my silly brain works.
